Can You Identify This Project?

This $260-million California structure, built in 1989, features 2,400 glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) panels, which reduced the building’s structural requirements by 100-150 tons over precast concrete or stone. That was important for seismic stability. The GFRC was weatherproofed with a specialized PROSOCO protective treatment, Weather Seal T-1010. The 40-story building took 2,800 gallons of the penetrating, breathable silane water-repellent. It got a maintenance cleaning with Enviro Klean® 2010 All Surface Cleaner in 2003 to remove biological and atmospheric soiling.
