Mike Brennan has been with PROSOCO for 12 years. A former journalist who spent 12 years as a writer and editor for various newspapers and news organizations and two years as a media relations specialist for a computer company, he was hired by PROSOCO in 2003 as a Customer Care Rep-Technical Support. In 2011 he was promoted to Customer Care Supervisor and in 2012 was named Customer Care Manager where he currently oversees a supervisor, five Product Support Specialists and the company Office Manager. Brennan also represents Inside Sales for the Concrete Flooring Group Business Unit Advisory Board.
